Our organic fresh Borlotti beans are cultivated in our fields in the district of Piacenza, using only untreated seeds and fertilizers approved by organic agriculture
Our Borlotti Beans are canned within a few hours from the harvesting and steamed adding only sea salt. This process differentiate us from most of the other producers of organic canned legumes: indeed, they use dry raw materials, rehydrated before canning. This process causes a loss of flavor in comparison with freshly canned legumes like ours.
